Baji666 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and baji666.life ("baji666", "we", "us", "our") in respect of all services offered through the baji666 platform, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live casino, Aviator, and the VIP Club loyalty programme.

Baji666 operates as an online gaming and betting platform. These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device, browser, or method used to access baji666.life. By creating an account, you acknowledge that you are accessing baji666 voluntarily for entertainment purposes and that gaming involves financial risk.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing baji666 from Pakistan. Where there is ambiguity, baji666 reserves the right to make a final interpretive decision, which will be communicated to affected players in writing within a reasonable timeframe.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on baji666, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted on baji666.

• You must not already hold an active baji666 account. Each player is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3 Account Management

Your baji666 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, accessed by, or used on behalf of any other person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs on your account.

If you suspect that your baji666 account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify baji666 support immediately at support@baji666.life. Baji666 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to safeguard their login details or report suspicious activity promptly.

Each player may hold only one account on baji666. If duplicate accounts are discovered:

• All accounts belonging to the same player will be closed.
• Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided in full.
• Any balance in excess of the original deposited amount may be forfeited at baji666's discretion.
• The player will be notified in writing with a full explanation of the action taken.

Players are responsible for ensuring their baji666 account details — including email address, mobile number, and payment method information — are kept up to date. Baji666 sends important account notifications to the contact details on record. If you miss a notification due to outdated contact details, baji666 cannot be held responsible for any resulting inconvenience.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Baji666 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards. All transactions on baji666 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied, and baji666 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.

The minimum deposit amount on baji666 is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum limits vary by payment method and by VIP tier — higher-tier VIP Club members benefit from increased daily and single-transaction withdrawal limits as detailed in the VIP Club section.

Deposits are processed instantly for mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and card payments. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your baji666 account balance during normal business hours.

Baji666 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for identity verification purposes. If your account has not been verified, or if a withdrawal request is flagged by our security systems, baji666 may request additional documentation before releasing funds. We will notify you of any delay within 24 hours of your withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Baji666 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates — which are published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses on baji666:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have fully registered and verified their baji666 account.
• One promotional offer per player per household applies unless otherwise stated. Players found claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts will have all accounts and winnings forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for the bonus. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.
• Baji666 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, except for bonuses already credited and being actively used.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.

Welcome bonuses on baji666 are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. To qualify, a new account must be registered with accurate personal details, the minimum qualifying deposit must be made, and the bonus must be claimed at the time of deposit or as specified in the promotion. Retroactive bonus claims on completed deposits are not possible.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on baji666 are final once confirmed. Baji666 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or modify a bet after it has been placed and acknowledged by the system, except in cases where a game or match is cancelled or void under the specific rules for that event.

For sports betting on baji666:

• Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet placement. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold, bets will be settled according to baji666's sport-specific voiding rules, which are available in the Help section.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and market availability. Baji666 cannot guarantee in-play market availability at all times and bears no responsibility for bets not placed due to market closure or connectivity issues on the player's end.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (a bet accepted at grossly incorrect odds due to a technical error), baji666 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. Baji666 will always notify the affected player with a full explanation.

For live casino games on baji666, the results of each round are final once the dealer or game system closes the round. Disconnection during a live casino round does not entitle the player to a stake refund — bets already placed stand and results are recorded based on the game outcome.

Baji666 uses certified and audited Random Number Generation (RNG) software for all non-live game categories. Live casino games use physical dealing under camera. Players accept that baji666 bears no responsibility for outcomes in any game that are the result of normal gameplay variance rather than a platform error.

7 VIP Club Terms

The baji666 VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Participation in the VIP Club is automatic — all registered baji666 accounts begin at Bronze tier from registration. The following conditions govern VIP Club participation:

• VIP points are earned from wagering activity across all eligible game categories on baji666. Points are not earned on stakes placed with bonus funds.
• Points accumulate toward tier thresholds. Tier upgrades are applied automatically when the threshold is crossed. Baji666 will notify you when your tier changes.
• VIP tier maintenance requires a minimum wagering activity level per calendar month. Tiers may be reviewed and adjusted downward for extended inactivity periods. Baji666 will provide 30 days' written notice before any tier reduction.
• Cashback benefits are calculated on net losses (total losses minus total winnings) over each calendar week and credited the following Monday. Cashback credits have no wagering requirements attached.
• VIP benefits — including increased withdrawal limits, dedicated support access, and personalised bonuses — are subject to baji666's discretion and may be withdrawn or modified with reasonable notice.
• Diamond tier invitation events in Pakistan are offered at baji666's sole discretion and are not a guaranteed contractual benefit of tier status.

VIP points on baji666 have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged. Points are tied to the account that earned them and expire if the account has no wagering activity for a full calendar month.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji666. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and — where fraud or criminal behaviour is identified — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through multiple accounts, organised group play, or systematic exploitation of offer mechanics not within the spirit of the promotion.
• Match betting / Arbitrage: Using baji666 bonuses to place opposing bets across platforms to guarantee a return regardless of outcome, with the intent of extracting bonus value without genuine play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in games where player-versus-player outcomes are involved, to the detriment of fair play.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using baji666 as a mechanism to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gaming activity, or depositing funds from illegitimate sources.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to place bets or access your baji666 account on your behalf, including by sharing login credentials.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any software, script, or automated tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with baji666's systems outside of normal player behaviour.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate deposit that was received and used on baji666. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and legal action where warranted.

Baji666 monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited behaviour. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities will be notified in writing, their account will be suspended pending investigation, and any winnings accrued through prohibited activity will be voided.

9 Privacy & Data

Baji666 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using baji666, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the baji666 platform.
• Interruption to platform access caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events outside baji666's reasonable control (including network outages, power failures, or force majeure events).
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, banks, or card networks).
• Decisions made by individual players based on game outcomes, odds movements, or promotional communications from baji666.
• Unauthorised access to your baji666 account where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their login credentials.

Baji666's total liability to any player in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from baji666's own fraud or wilful misconduct.

12 Account Termination

Players may close their baji666 account at any time by contacting support@baji666.life. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be paid out to your registered payment method within 5 business days of account closure, subject to identity verification requirements being met.

Baji666 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable personal information.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• Any other circumstance that baji666 determines — in good faith — poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to player breach of these Terms, baji666 will provide written notification setting out the reason for closure. The player may appeal the decision by contacting baji666 support in writing within 14 days of the notification date.

13 Changes to Terms

Baji666 may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, baji666 will notify all registered players via the contact details held on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of baji666 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.
